1. “A 25 Gbit/s Transmitter Optical Sub-Assembly Package Employing Cost-Effective TO-CAN Materials and Processes”,與“Compact TO-CAN Header With Bandwidth Excess 40 GHz”, 發表於JLT 2012,可應用於製做低成本的光纖通訊用25Gb/s雷射模組。
2. “High-Performance and Low-Cost 40-Gb/s CWDM Optical Modules”, 發表於IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ADVANCED PACKAGING 2009; “High-Performance and Low-Cost 10-Gb/s Bidirectional Optical Subassembly Modules” , 發表於JLT 2007,可應用於製做低成本的光纖通訊用40Gb/s模組與光纖到家10Gb/s雷射模組。
3. 光纖陀螺儀用之微型穩溫式光收發光模組。
4. 光纖雷射系統、倍頻式綠光雷射。
5. 發光二極體封裝的熱模型與封裝結構設計。
6. 400倍集光型太陽電池模組之設計與實現。

3.     「40Gbps光收發器與分波多工被動式光網路系統之應用」,為國科會預核三年的一般型研究計畫(NSC 96-2221-E-151-024-MY3),總計畫經費NT$3,001,000,自民國96年8月1日至民國99年7月31日,執行中

4.     「同軸式複合療效皮膚照護雷射系統之研究」,為工研院南分院產學研共同研發前瞻計畫,總計畫經費NT$712,000,自民國96年5月21日至民國96年11月30日,已執行完畢順利結案
